Step 2: Prepare

Firstly, place some ice cubes into the cocktail glass and allow to chill.

Next, add some ice cubes to the shaker.

Using the shot measure, add 50ml of light rum, 10ml of orange liqueur (Cointreau) and 40ml of pineapple juice into the mixing glass. Shake well.

Step 3: Serve
