Basically you want to keep the ball in the same position while spinning yourself around in a 360 degree angle, rolling the ball from shoulder to shoulder. So, you can do it from kick-ups or you can start just from your hands, and then you can do it from foot-start. It's really simple, you just need to spin around, and try and spin on one foot so you can go around quicker. But that's the shoulder spin.
