On April 3, 2011 in LAS VEGAS, the winners have been announced for the 46th ANNUAL ACADEMY OF COUNTRY MUSIC AWARDS.A star-studded ceremony attracted large numbers of fans to Las Vegas who named Taylor Swift Entertainer of the Year, the evening’s biggest honor.

This is the first year that Taylor Swift has been named Entertainer of the Year. This year marked a record breaking year with nearly 600,000 fans casting their vote for Entertainer of the Year, making it the largest vote ever for this category.
這次提名是泰勒•斯維夫特首度提名年度藝人獎，同時今年參與投票的歌迷達到了60萬人，創下了評選規模最大的一次。
Swift is the eighth and youngest female to take the award in the 40 year history of this category. Accepting her award, 21 - year- old Taylor Swift said she was "just losing my mind". "The fact that this is from the fans makes it so special," she added.
斯維夫特是第八位榮獲此獎的女歌手，同時也是該項殊榮近四十年歷史中最年輕的獲獎者，當斯維夫特接過獎杯，這位現年21歲的歌手說道：“我有點失控了，真的很感謝歌迷們對我的支持！”
Taylor Swift released her debut single "Tim McGraw" at the age of only 17. The song surprises the whole world for it was composed and written all by young Taylor. At the same year her self -titled debut album Taylor Swift was released with a high rank on the Billboard 200 and sold 39,000 copies during the first week.

Besides singing, the singer with the height of 180 cm and fresh looking gets so many chances of playing roles in films. Especially in 2010, Swift made her feature film acting debut as Felicia in the film Valentine's Day. For this role she won the Teen Choice Award for Movie Female Breakout
