Step 2: Write goals
Write your goals down on paper or in a special folder on your personal computer. Read them everyday, often.

將你的目標寫到紙上或是放進你電腦中的特定文件夾里。每天都去讀一讀那些目標。
Tip:Post your goals in a location where you can review them easily, like your refrigerator or your bathroom mirror.
建議:將目標(寫有目標的紙)放在你能容易看到的位置,比如電冰箱或是浴室的鏡子邊。
Step 3: Make a plan
Figure out a plan to complete your goals. Divide the goal in several smaller goals and said a deadline for achieving each one.
第三步:制定一個計劃
制定一個能達到目標的計劃。將目標分成幾個小的目標,并為完成每個小目標定下完成的時間。
Step 4: Envision
Envision your goals coming true. Think about how success makes you feel.
第四步:預想
預想你的目標實現了。想想成功帶給你的感覺。
Step 5: Act on goals
Act: when you see an opportunity to take a step toward making your dream a reality, don’t hesitate to capitalize on the opportunity.
第五步:向目標前進
行動:當你看到能使夢想變為現實的機會,千萬不要猶豫或是估計機遇的價值。
Step 6: Show passion
Ask for what you want. Show your passion for your goals and people will become excited to help you reach them.
第六步:要有激情
要你想要的。對你的目標要有激情,這樣人們會有熱情來幫助你實現目標。
Tip:Spend your time with positive-thinking people who set goals for themselves. Negative people bring down your energy level and stir up self-doubts in your subconscious self.
建議:花些時間和那些給自己設定目標的有積極想法的人相處。有消極思想的人會降低你的動力,并能激起潛意識中的自我懷疑。
Step 7: Be persistent
Be persistent and keep moving toward your goals even if you hit roadblocks. Learn from them and then move on.
第七步:要有恒心
要有恒心,即使你碰到了攔路虎也要繼續前進。從困難中吸取經驗教訓,然后繼續前進。
