剛來美國最怕接電話了，每次接到電話都不知道對方在講什么。有時用錄音機錄下來， 結果聽到第七八遍才完全了解對方在說什么。 提供一點電話英語給大家參考，不同于坊間一般的書籍，我收集的內容都是非常簡單而且實用的用法。這些也是美國人講電話時最常用到的一些句子：
附記: 老美曾糾正過我, 不要只說, No, I don’t know. 這樣聽來是不禮貌的, 最好是說, No, I am sorry, I don’t know.
