coast 地理意義上的海岸，地平線等，感覺旁邊是巖石，很陡峭
seashore 海岸，（跟游玩有關系）

旁邊是沙灘，可以進行日光浴的感覺

thunderstorm 雷雨
rain heavily 表示雨嚇得很大
pour傾倒

towards 強調nearer and nearer
rock 表示huge stone
asleep，awake，alive，ahead a開頭的往往是表語形容詞，不管是作表語形容詞
還是副詞，都放在名詞的后面，一般形容詞放在名詞的前面

1、放在被修飾詞的后面作定語
2、ahead of在什么前面

3、go ahead朝前走，請隨便

can 只表示能力

set out：set off
be caught in＋災難
i was caught in a rain我遇上了一場雨
As soon as he left，it began to rain
he was caught in a rain when he left他剛一離開，就下雨了
遇上人用meet，遇上災難用be caught in
struck強調的往往是猛烈的撞擊
to：強調朝那個方向去，但沒有強調越來越近
towards：表面也翻為朝那個方向去，
spend sometime ＋地點
the red army （covered a distance of 25000...）兩萬五千里長征
on doing＝as soon as＝the moment
as soon as＝the moment后面要加句子
on 后面一定要加動詞ing，承認動詞是由主句主語做的
up ：往上
that's all she remembered。

That's all i can do for you＝i can do nothing else for you
find ＋ 賓語 ＋賓補 find the books tidy 發現書擺放得整齊，found the room clean

key structures
和時間相連的介詞：in，at，on，from...to...,until,after,before
和地點相連的介詞：from...to。。。
into：進、入 tell him go into my house
只強調到哪里，不一定強調到里面去，go to
out of ：從...出來 away from
leave for ：動身到某地，yesterday my father left for Tianjin
head for/to：前往
leave for 強調leave，head for 強調去
set out for動身到某地
towards強調越來越近
at：含有一種瞄準的概念，aim at，fire at
pass past詞性的區別
詞與詞的區別
1、意思上的區別2、詞性上的區別3、細節上的區別
pass只有動詞的概念，其他由past承擔
i pass the garden
i go past the garden
i go and pass the garden
next other
next day 第二天 the other day：few days ago
the other day 出現一定是過去時
next day有可能是過去式，有可能是將來式

只有謂語動詞才有時態
句子中如果沒有連詞，但有兩個動詞，要把其中一個動詞變成非謂語動詞
when 是連詞的標志
when ＋doing：1、主語要跟主句的相同，2、謂語動詞含有be doing 結構
