★smell v.聞起來(smelled or smelt)
smell vt.聞 smell sth.
smell vi.聞起來 作半聯系動詞，接表語，接形容詞，
The food smelt good.
感官動詞 look,smell,taste,sound,feel
look v.看起來
You look fine/better/beautiful.
taste v.嘗起來
The food smelt good, and it tasted better.
sound v.聽起來
feel v.
1.感到 I feel ill.
2.用手的感覺 The blackbroad felt cold.

fire 可數也不可數

☆creep v.爬行(躡手躡腳的)(crept;crept)
creep out 爬出去了

☆sleeping bag n.睡袋
passing plane 正在路過的飛機
動詞加ing變成形容詞作定語有兩個意思：
1.正在....
2.用來做...
sleeping bag/sleeping dog
listening material 用來聽的材料
walking stick (用來)

☆soudly adv.香甜的
sleep soundly
go to bed 上床睡覺
go to sleep 睡著了
fall asleep 墜入夢鄉
sleep well 睡得好
sleep deeply 睡得很沉
sleep soundly 睡得很香
fast / fall fast asleep 墜入沉沉的夢鄉

☆leap v.跳躍，跳起（躍起更換位置）(leapt;leapt)
jump v.（原地）跳 jump up and down
skip v.跳過去 Let us skip it. 讓我們跳過這一課

☆heavily adv.大量的

☆wind v.蜿蜒(wound;wound)
wind one's way 蜿蜒而行
The road winds its way. 這條路曲折而行伸向遠方

☆right adv.正好
起強調作用
作副詞時，強調后面的形容詞，副詞，介詞短語，不強調動詞。
可以用just來替換
just like 正如
just as 正當
后面加代詞時，只能用just。 just you 就你了
Right here waiting for you 在此等候
I found my lost watch right in the garden.

wet 濕淋淋的
英文中表示“濕”的詞
wet/damp/moist 濕的程度越來越小
moist 稍濕（讓人感覺很舒服）
moist cake 松軟的蛋糕 moist eyes 水靈靈的眼睛
damp 濕的（讓人不舒服）
humid 指氣候比較潮濕
A rainy night 多雨的夜

英語中經常用一個介詞加一個賓語表達一個動詞概念
with a bag 帶著書包
in sweater 穿著毛衣
after a wonderful meal 在美美的吃了一頓飯之后
after the arrival of the plane 飛機到達之后
after my arrival 我到達之后

☆by 在...旁邊 near/beside/at/next to
by the river （既不太遠也不太近）
near 在附近
at （緊挨著）
at the door/window 在門/窗戶邊（靠得很近）
sit at the table 在桌邊
next to （緊臨著的）= beside 與...相鄰
He sits next to me. Who is the next?
next to /beside the villege

☆some time later 一段時間以后
some time ago 一段時間以前
a few hours earlier 幾小時之前

☆put out 人為地熄滅
be out 火自動地熄滅
I put out the fire.
The fire is out.

☆in the middle of the night=midnight
at midnight 在午夜

☆wake up 醒來 主語自己醒
wake sb up 喚醒 wake me up

☆The stream had formed in the field.
如果強調某東西自動形成，則可以用主動態。如果強調某東西是人為的，用被動語態。
when I'm getting close the door,the door opened.

The bus stopped.

☆flow 流淌(flowed;flowed)
fly /flew/flown
grow /grew/grown
blow /blew/blown
